Managing Conflict Situations It is common for some parents or students to contact customer service to express frustrations regarding grades, invoices, or internal procedures. Staying Updated Information flow within a school is dynamic. New calendar dates, coordination announcements, changes in financial procedures, and school events occur constantly. The challenge is to absorb and assimilate all such information to deliver accurate answers—avoiding incorrect or outdated data. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect you to know:** **School Secretarial Routines:** Familiarity with basic school procedures is essential—including enrollment, transfer processes, document requests (e.g., academic transcripts, certificates), and issuing official notices. **Microsoft Office Suite:** Proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
