Coordination among teams to ensure quality and agility in patient care **Responsibilities and Duties:** Ensure efficient management of beds and care flow in the Emergency Department through continuous process monitoring, optimization of patient wait times, and inter-team coordination, thereby guaranteeing quality, safety, and agility in patient care. **Desirable knowledge of care flow, bed management, and hospital protocols.
