Job Summary: This role involves managing and expanding the product portfolio, supporting sales channels, and contributing to strategic decision-making and market trend alignment. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and expand the product portfolio. 2. Conduct training and provide support to sales channels. 3. Influence planning and strategic direction regarding emerging market trends. The Eletropoll Group comprises three companies: **Eletropoll Bandejamentos**, which manufactures cable trays, cable ladders, and structural profiles; **Eletropoll Electrical Panels**, specialized in metal enclosures, accessories, and panel climate control solutions; **Eletropoll Steel Trading**, engaged in the distribution of steel sheets, coils, slitters of various types, and special cutting services. We operate across five strategic locations: **Corupá (SC), Chapecó (SC), Ribeirão Preto (SP), Betim (MG), and Cabo de Santo Agostinho (PE)**. Register and control items within the product portfolio. 2\. Update training materials with formal documentation for the commercial team. 3\. Execute imports and/or partnerships for items to maintain and expand the product portfolio. 4\. Conduct technical visits for product portfolio presentation and support. 5\. Deliver training and support to sales channels. 6\. Participate in product certifications and testing. 7\. Implement internal procedures related to product updates and innovations within the portfolio. 8\. Manage performance indicators and factors supporting strategic decision-making. 9\.
