Transforming operational information into strategic insights **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a Data Analyst specializing in operational analysis, KPI generation, dashboard development, and continuous improvement of the billing tower's processes. This professional will play a critical role in supporting operational decision-making by consolidating data, monitoring performance, automating controls, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational errors. We seek an analytical, proactive, and data-driven profile capable of transforming operational information into strategic business insights. **Key Responsibilities** * Generate operational and executive billing reports for internal control and performance tracking. * Update and maintain BI databases related to BPO operational performance and the billing tower. * Build dashboards and operational KPIs to monitor: o productivity; o SLA; o volume; o backlog; o operational errors; o operational performance. * Analyze operational data to identify deviations, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. * Establish process standards and controls aimed at reducing manual errors and increasing operational efficiency. * Develop automations and improvements for reports, controls, and operational databases. * Support operational leadership in decision-making through analyses and strategic insights. * Ensure quality, consistency, and integrity of reported information. * Perform data cross-referencing and processing from multiple systems and sources. * Support governance initiatives, standardization, and documentation of operational processes. * Collaborate with operational, technology, and management teams to continuously evolve KPIs and analytical tools. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in: o Engineering; o Administration; o Statistics; o Information Systems; o Data Science; o Logistics; o or related fields. * Prior experience with: o data analysis; o dashboard development; o operational reporting; o performance indicators. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of: o Excel; o Power BI; o data processing and analysis. * Analytical ability and logical reasoning. * Organized profile with strong problem-solving orientation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of SQL. * Experience in logistics operations, billing, or control towers. * Experience in BPO environments or dedicated operations. * Knowledge of process automation and continuous improvement. * Experience with SAP, TMS, ERP, or logistics management tools. * Knowledge of operational KPIs and SLA management. **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical thinking; * Clear and concise communication; * Proactivity; * Organization; * Critical thinking; * Prioritization ability; * Focus on continuous improvement; * Teamwork; * Investigative and data-oriented profile **What We Offer:** ️ Meal Allowance; Transportation Allowance; National Health Insurance Plan; Dental Plan; Gympass; Employee Referral Program; Pharmacy Partnership; Life Insurance; Childcare Assistance; Education Institution Partnerships; CLT Employment Contract; On-site work model.
