We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst to further strengthen our technology infrastructure and ensure secure, modern, and high-performance operations. Your responsibilities will include: * Monitoring, administering, and optimizing network, server, and storage environments; * Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems; * Configuring, deploying, and managing Backup, Firewall, and Information Security solutions; * Providing technical support to internal teams and resolving infrastructure incidents; * Preparing technical documentation and proposing continuous improvements; * Other related duties. What we expect from you: * Proven experience in IT, with a focus on infrastructure; * Knowledge of servers; * Experience with networks, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper\-V), and firewalls; * Knowledge of WMS; * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields.
