Analysis of requisitions and negotiation with suppliers The role involves direct engagement with factory procurement, understanding the application of each material used in production and mechanical maintenance, as well as implementing and structuring the warehouse, organizing inventory and processes. Key Responsibilities: * Procure industrial, mechanical, and maintenance materials. * Analyze factory requisitions, understanding the actual need and application of materials. * Request quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and issue purchase orders. * Monitor delivery timelines and ensure continuous production supply. * Implement, organize, and structure the warehouse. * Register materials in the system, standardizing descriptions and codes. * Control material intake, outflow, minimum and maximum stock levels. * Support inventory audits and sector-based consumption controls. * Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, PCP (Production Control and Planning), and finance departments.
