KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure the plant and its equipment remain in proper operating condition. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE); Promote good 5S practices and routines to maintain sector organization and cleanliness; Supervise maintenance routines during your shift; Supervise your team in executing unplanned preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, participate in decision-making, and define actions; Schedule machine and equipment shutdowns for preventive maintenance, planned corrective maintenance, and other activities outside production hours; Plan and supervise assembly and installation services—including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and related systems—as well as layout modifications and new structural installations; Define methods and procedures to address recurring issues and deviations in maintenance performance indicators; Develop maintenance work procedures and train team members; Manage personnel matters (vacations, payroll, medical certificates, time cards); Provide consistent and formal feedback to your team, offer guidance, and address deviations; Develop team members and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; Promote development and implementation of improvements for machines and equipment; Monitor and control rational material usage and manage the monthly budget; Develop new materials/parts for machines and equipment; Submit purchase requests for maintenance department materials and factory equipment; **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed undergraduate degree +3 years of professional experience Perform more complex tasks with minimal supervision Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the processes involved in your role High (Orientation/Training) Completed technical vocational course Completed undergraduate degree Proficiency in people management tools and techniques Knowledge of PSP, MASP, 5PQ, and other quality tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Postgraduate degree or MBA in Management, Human Resources, or Project Management Conversational English **Minimum Educational Requirement:** Postgraduate Specialization/MBA
