Ensuring safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction **Responsibilities:** * Manage dispatch, billing, and transportation teams: conduct recruitment and dismissals in alignment with management; train and develop the team, provide feedback, and guide them toward operational best practices. * Manage KPIs for areas under responsibility: perform analyses and action plans as needed to ensure efficiency and achievement of targets for areas under supervision. * Continuous improvement: Implement improvements aimed at optimizing operational workflows, focusing on safety, quality, cost reduction, and increased productivity. * Logistics costs: Monitor daily logistics costs and seek alternatives for cost reduction without compromising service-level quality. * Development of new transportation partners: Select and negotiate with carriers to improve service quality and reduce costs. * Safety and compliance: Ensure all operations under supervision comply with safety regulations. * Customer service: Resolve issues related to transportation, dispatch, and billing to ensure customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role * Completed bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Knowledge of external and internal logistics * Knowledge of order management * Knowledge of billing **Benefits:** * Meals provided at company premises (cost: R$1.92 per day) * Opportunity to purchase our products at cost price (after probation period, possible payroll discount) * Transportation allowance (6% payroll deduction) * Workplace gymnastics * Coffee and cake every Friday (if targets are met, cake and appetizers are served) * 15-minute coffee break daily **After 3 months:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare assistance * Pharmacy network agreement * Medication assistance **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00 Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
