Job Summary: Responsible for scheduling, route planning, and monitoring operations of hydrovac trucks, coordinating schedules and providing support to field teams. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate schedules and align service details with clients. 2. Support field teams and monitor operational indicators. 3. Ensure efficient and high-quality service execution. Responsible for scheduling, route planning, and monitoring operations of Filtroamb's hydrovac trucks. Will directly coordinate schedules, communicate with clients, and support field teams, ensuring services are executed as planned, efficiently and in accordance with the company's quality standards. Main Responsibilities * Develop and adjust the daily schedule for hydrovac trucks. * Define efficient routes, considering distance, travel time, road conditions, and operational priorities. * Maintain direct contact with clients to confirm appointments and align service details. * Monitor field activities, provide support to teams, and ensure correct service execution. * Record incidents, rescheduling, delays, or unforeseen events, maintaining clear and up-to-date communication with all involved parties. * Monitor operational indicators and propose improvements to logistics processes. * Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and internal company standards. Job Requirements * Prior experience in logistics, vehicle scheduling, or route planning (preferred). * Ability to handle unforeseen situations, find quick solutions, and adapt to operational needs. * Analytical profile with strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills. * Good communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with clients. * Familiarity with the Joinville and Florianópolis regions, facilitating more appropriate route planning.
