Develop and deliver training for promoters, fostering technical and behavioral development of the team; . Conduct analysis of results and KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and formulating action plans; . Plan and manage team schedules, working hours, and time banks; . Monitor individual and collective performance, providing feedback and corrective measures when necessary; . Maintain close relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and customer loyalty; . Prepare management reports and results presentations for leadership; . Participate in strategic and planning meetings, contributing goals and proposals for continuous improvement. **Requirements:** . Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; . Experience supervising sales teams; . Knowledge of performance indicators and results management; . Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams; . Excellent communication skills, goal-oriented focus, and strategic vision; . Own vehicle, valid driver's license, and availability to travel between Blumenau, Lages, Araquari, Joinville, and Rio do Sul; .
