Job Summary: A professional responsible for inventory control and reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, preparation of management reports, and analytical support to management, with a focus on continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in data analysis and process improvement. 2. Analytical support to the administrative manager and executive leadership. 3. Development of commercial policies and budget monitoring. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for inventory control and reconciliation, monitoring turnover, average cost vs. standard cost variances, and third-party inventory balances. Monitors cash flow, performs payment and receipt analysis, analyzes delinquency, and prepares AGING and NCG reports. Tracks budget vs. actual performance, production order costs and consumption, as well as production losses. Controls service orders, evaluating execution, materials, and descriptions. Works with maintenance reports (MTTR/MTBR) and cost reduction initiatives via SCOPI and suggestion database. Monitors performance indicators and provides analytical support to the administrative manager and executive leadership. Trains employees on cost centers and accounting accounts, and guides ERP report usage. Acts as strategic support in data analysis and continuous improvement of operational and financial processes. Responsibilities: \-Conduct internal audits of accounting processes, including invoice entry, inventory control, fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and taxes; \-Monitor inventory movements, physical inventories, and data accuracy; \-Provide technical support to departments through ABC curve analysis, automated spreadsheets, and vertical and horizontal analyses; \-Perform absorption costing in the management system, identifying fixed and variable production costs; \-Prepare management reports containing economic and financial indicators; \-Collaborate with the sales department to develop commercial policies, pricing strategies, payment terms, and risk analysis; \-Monitor sales performance and the financial health of the customer portfolio; \-Develop and monitor the annual corporate budget, with monthly reviews; develop and monitor cost projects; \-Develop and monitor administrative projects; \-Maintain the goal management and project control system (SCOPI). **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Minimum 1 year of experience in cost and/or budget areas; * Intermediate Excel proficiency, hands-on profile; * Ability to prepare, analyze, and audit data, with understanding of business rules; **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Preferred: familiarity with the Protheus system and SQL queries. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Annual Bonus; Attendance Bonus; Transportation Allowance; Fuel Allowance; Education Allowance; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Private Parking; Life Insurance; On-site Cafeteria; Various Partnerships. **Work Location:** ---------------------- IMAM \- IMAM **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Regular
