* Correctly interpret and apply labor and social security legislation (CLT, collective agreements and conventions). * Maintain relationships with unions and government agencies. * Prevent and manage labor conflicts. * Support the legal department in labor proceedings. * Provide documents and information for legal defenses. * Monitor liability indicators and propose corrective actions. * Ensure that HR practices comply with laws and internal regulations. * Conduct internal audits on payroll, time tracking, and benefits. * Implement labor compliance policies. * Guide managers and employees on rights, responsibilities, and good labor practices. * Promote training on legislation, harassment, diversity, and professional ethics. * Monitor indicators such as absenteeism, turnover, and organizational climate. * Prepare management reports for decision-making. * Act as a mediator in internal conflicts between employees and leadership. * Propose solutions and agreements to prevent labor claims.
