Plan, develop and implement people training and development strategies aligned with organizational goals, promoting continuous employee growth and strengthening corporate culture. * Assess training and development needs across all company areas; * Create the annual T&D plan aligned with HR's strategic planning; * Develop leadership programs, onboarding, refresher courses, and career paths; * Establish training effectiveness metrics (Kirkpatrick, ROI, etc.); * Manage e-learning providers and LMS platforms; * Lead internal marketing initiatives and employee engagement programs; * Support strategic performance management, succession planning, and cultural initiatives; * Actively participate in HR strategic meetings, proposing continuous improvements.
