Job Summary: We are seeking a technically strong and strategically minded Controller professional to serve as the guardian of the company's financial health. Key Highlights: 1. Support senior leadership decisions and strengthen governance and performance. 2. Lead financial planning and budget reviews. 3. Act as a strategic partner to business units, translating numbers into decisions. We seek a Controller professional with solid technical expertise and a strategic mindset to serve as the guardian of the company's financial health, supporting senior leadership decisions and strengthening governance and performance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Consolidate and analyze Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements. * Lead financial planning and budget reviews. * Design and monitor internal controls and financial policies. * Support pricing strategies and profitability analysis by business unit. * Act as a strategic partner to business units, translating numbers into decisions. * Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial stakeholders. * Develop and provide technical guidance to the finance team. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Availability to attend the office in Jaraguá do Sul/SC 1\-2 times per week. * Proven experience in controlling or financial planning. * Strong accounting and finance expertise. * Experience with budget management and KPIs. * Analytical, structured profile with systemic vision. * Ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively at the executive level. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in technology companies or recurring services businesses. * Experience in establishing financial governance frameworks. * Experience leading or coordinating a team.
