Job Summary: Assist in preparation, packaging, and organization of production activities, ensuring quality and maintaining a clean work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Diverse operations across Injection, Extrusion, or Assembly departments 2. Preparation and organization of materials and production area 3. Ensuring quality in accordance with the process sheet **Production Assistant** Company located in the South Zone of Joinville **Responsibilities** * Prepare materials, feed machines, and organize the production area; * Package, label, and palletize products; * Complete forms and report production deviations; * Ensure quality in accordance with the process sheet; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. **Responsibilities may vary depending on department (Injection, Extrusion, or Assembly):** * Removing parts, deburring, assembling kits or components on semi-automatic equipment; * Supporting setups and rework activities; * Inventory control and achievement of targets. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education; * Familiarity with measuring instruments (e.g., calipers), IAFOX system, NR12, and ISO 9001:2015\. **Benefits** * Charter transportation; * On-site meals; * Health insurance with co-payment; * Pharmacy benefits. **All shifts available** Work Hours * T1 Night Shift \- Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM; Sunday, 10:30 PM to 9:00 AM * T2 Morning Shift \- Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM; Saturday, 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM * T3 Afternoon Shift \- Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM * **R$ 9.60/hour** Minimum Education Level: Elementary Education (1st level)
