If you have a technical background, enjoy hands-on work, and seek a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate, set up, and adjust injection molding machines (Izumi brand) * Perform complete setup, including mold changes * Adjust process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time, robot, etc.) * Monitor production to ensure part quality * Identify and correct injection process faults * Conduct tests and release production according to established standards * Perform basic maintenance, and maintain workplace organization and cleanliness * Comply with safety regulations and good manufacturing practices **We seek candidates with:** * Experience operating plastic injection molding machines * Experience with mold changes and parameter adjustments * Basic knowledge of maintenance * Proactive, responsible, and organized attitude * Technical education or degree in related fields Compensation: R$7.000,00 per month Relocation/moving requirement: * Joinville, SC: Relocate to or move to the job location prior to starting work (Mandatory) Education: * Completed Technical Education (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
