Marketing Internship (Social Selling & Media) | Valens Academy **About Valens Academy** Valens Academy is a feminine education, business, and innovation ecosystem that accelerates women entrepreneurs through programs, mentorships, and experiences focused on real growth. **Role Mission** Support relationship-building with potential clients via social media, generating connections, engagement, and sales opportunities. **Responsibilities** \* Actively invite prospects to Valens events and experiences via Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn \* Initiate and manage conversations with potential leads (leads) in the CRM \* Interact daily with audience stories and direct messages, strengthening audience relationships \* Support the creation and publication of stories focused on engagement and connection \* Support Valens in-person events \* Engage WhatsApp groups \* Support relationship management with students and the community \* Collaborate with the commercial team to generate opportunities **What You’ll Find Here** \* Direct contact with entrepreneurs and a business environment \* Practical learning in sales, marketing, and relationship management \* Participation in events and the Valens ecosystem \* Real-world experience within a sales engine **Work Model** \* In-person internship (Joinville) \* 4 hours per day (1:30 PM to 5:30 PM) \* Work location: Valens HUB **Profile We’re Seeking** \* Students majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields \* Strong written communication skills and familiarity with social media \* Comfort interacting with people digitally \* Proactive, organized, and communicative profile \* Interest in sales and relationship building **Advantages** \* Interest in women’s entrepreneurship \* Experience with social media or customer service **Privacy and Data Protection:** In compliance with the LGPD, we inform you that the data collected in this form is intended exclusively for the recruitment and selection process for this position.
