Responsibilities and Duties * Provide user support—answering questions and assisting with resolution of system incidents—via chat/phone and support platforms; * Document procedures and technical solutions in support tickets; * Perform support activities aiming to meet our SLA; * Create documents for self-help and team assistance. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration or Technology-related fields. * Availability to work from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Desirable Requirements * Customer service experience; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
