Implementation of improvements and assurance of efficiency Professional responsible for supervising the operational and administrative activities of the food service department, ensuring smooth service operations, process control, and support for team management. Main Responsibilities: \- Perform administrative control of the department, including timekeeping records, verification and submission of information to the HR department \- Procure work-related goods and materials, ensuring adequate supply \- Monitor and control revenues and financial inflows related to the service; directly lead cashiers and access controllers, and indirectly oversee the production chain department \- Prepare monthly reports on activities and services provided \- Support and supervise the operational team in partnership with the nutrition department \- Monitor daily routines, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures \- Participate in alignment meetings and decision-making processes \- Implement process improvements and support the application of internal policies Desired Skills and Competencies: \- Organization and control of administrative processes \- Strong communication and teamwork skills \- Proactivity and problem-solving in day-to-day operations \- Analytical ability and decision-making capacity \- Basic knowledge of HR routines and budget preparation \- Proficiency in report writing Job Objectives: \- Ensure support and efficiency of food service department operations \- Guarantee accurate flow of administrative information \- Contribute to service quality \- Support management in team organization and continuous process improvement Compensation: R$3\.800,00 \- R$4\.557,00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Free parking * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
