




Job Summary: Professional responsible for organizing onboarding/offboarding documents, managing time cards, recording PPEs, and supporting training and administrative routines. Document and timekeeping control **Main Responsibilities** * Organize and manage employee **onboarding and offboarding documents**. * Perform **time card management**, including verification and printing of time sheets. * Conduct **PPE delivery control and registration**. * Support the **planning and organization of training sessions** for teams. * Provide support for **administrative routines**, as required by the company. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in HR Department routines. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Meals provided at the company * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Attendance Bonus
