**Responsibilities:**
* Customer service to cooperative members via telephone, focusing on support, guidance, and routing of 24-hour assistance requests;
* Support in registration analysis, verification of documentation and vehicle photos;
* Issuance of duplicate bills and support for active collections, including CRM recordkeeping;
* Contact with delinquent cooperative members and mediation with consultants, when necessary;
* Support in cancellation processes, including analysis, retention efforts, bill generation, and control updates;
* Contact with partner towing services to check availability and negotiate, as required;
* Updating systems, spreadsheets, and operational records.
**Requirements:**
* Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule;
* Availability to work onsite at Anita Garibaldi;
* Prior experience in collections, including client negotiation and handling matters to resolution;
* Experience in customer service via both telephone and digital channels, emphasizing quality, clarity, and empathetic communication;
* Knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Office Suite (basic to intermediate level), with ease in using spreadsheets, recordkeeping, and operational controls.
