




Job Summary: IT Apprentice to assist with system maintenance, user support, and access management, performing onboarding routines and infrastructure tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in onboarding/offboarding routines and access management 2. Support infrastructure and systems requests 3. Keep the ticketing portal up to date and conduct access reviews IT Apprentice Schedule: 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM * Maintain the ticketing portal up to date by registering, categorizing, prioritizing, and tracking service requests; * Assist in onboarding/offboarding routines: preparing equipment, creating/removing access rights, checklists, and initial orientation; * Assign access permissions to users for IT services and resources according to company policies (rules); * Support infrastructure and systems requests as required by projects and business needs; * Conduct periodic access reviews across corporate systems. Mandatory Requirements: * Currently enrolled in high school; * Proficiency in computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite and Windows.
