Emphasis on attitude and willingness to learn **JUNIOR IT TECHNICIAN | JOINVILLE/SC** ---------------------------------------- We currently have an opening to join the Information Technology team of an industry located in Joinville/SC! **About the role:** You will work as a Junior IT Technician, providing IT support to the manufacturing unit, with a focus on software and user assistance. The environment is calm, with a lean team of approximately 7 people—ideal for those just starting their career and aiming for professional growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Basic IT support to factory users * Computer maintenance and configuration (software-focused) * Daily use of Microsoft Office suite and Google tools * Addressing the IT needs of the unit **Mandatory Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of IT and user support * Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace * Communicative and proactive profile **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments * Experience in help desk or technical support roles * Strong adaptability and interpersonal relationship skills **Additional Information:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Location: R.
