Focus on software support and user assistance **JUNIOR IT TECHNICIAN \| JOINVILLE/SC** ---------------------------------------- We have an open opportunity to join the Information Technology team of an industry located in Joinville/SC! **About the role:** You will work as a Junior IT Technician, providing support to the manufacturing unit with a focus on software and user assistance. The environment is calm, with a lean team of approximately 7 people — ideal for those starting in the field and aiming for professional growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Basic IT support to factory users * Computer maintenance and configuration (software-focused) * Daily use of Microsoft Office suite and Google tools * Addressing the IT demands of the unit **Mandatory Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of IT and user support * Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace * Communicative and proactive attitude **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments * Experience in help desk or technical support * Strong adaptability and interpersonal skills **Additional Information:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM * Location: R.
