Requirements: Knowledge and practical experience in garment construction, repair, and finishing; Proficiency in sewing techniques; Ability to perform precise work with high-quality finishing. Responsibilities: Check machine needle settings and quality; Operate two to three sewing machines (e.g., overlock, straight-stitch, coverstitch, and others); Interpret operational balancing; Ensure quality through self-inspection of garments; Use technical sheets and sample garments to verify measurements; Produce various types of garments using different fabrics and operations; Repair rework items; Maintain a clean and organized workstation; Assist with other departmental activities.
