Position: **SENIOR ACCOUNTANT** Important: When applying, please include the **JOB TITLE** in the email subject line. **Main Responsibilities:** * Accounting classification and reconciliation; * Monthly and annual financial closing; * Preparation of trial balances and financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement); * Calculation of direct and indirect taxes (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, ICMS, ISS, IPI); * Knowledge of tax regimes (Real Profit, Presumed Profit); Compliance with ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF); * Accounting configuration and integration with tax and finance departments; * Analysis of accounting and financial variances; * Preparation of management reports to support decision-making; * Knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards (CPCs); * Alignment with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); * Continuous updates on changes in accounting legislation; * Implementation of accounting controls and best practices; * Review of accounting processes and identification of risks; * Preparation and support for internal and external audits; **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, OneDrive/SharePoint); * Prior experience in this role; * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency preferred; * **Experience with Protheus system preferred;** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 01:30 PM to 06:00 PM – On-site. **Benefits (as per company policy):** * Health insurance plan; * Pharmacy benefits; * Group life insurance; * Childcare allowance; * Dental plan; * Wellhub membership; * Meal or food card; * Transportation voucher with 6% payroll deduction as per current legislation; * Eligible for the Education Assistance Program; * Eligible for the Merit-Based Bonus Program as per company policy.
