The Purchaser is responsible for ensuring the engagement of the best service provider to meet project requirements, while maintaining quality standards, deadlines, and cost efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze demand and define material quotation strategies. * Review supplier evaluations and define corrective and preventive actions. * Analyze proposals and budgets to prepare the competitive bidding matrix. * Analyze and monitor management reports. * Review technical specifications for procurement and contracting. * Conduct quotations and price equalization using the competitive bidding matrix. * Create purchase orders. * Define strategies to develop procurement options and alternatives. * Draft supplier contracts. * Negotiate with all suppliers participating in the competitive bidding process. * Prospect material suppliers in local, regional, and national markets. * Visit construction sites to monitor purchased products. * Manage B-curve procurement portfolios. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Relevant professional experience; * Experience in procurement routines; * Knowledge of civil construction.
