Job Summary: This professional will prepare and interpret technical drawings, assist in project management, and maintain environmental certifications. Key Highlights: 1. Involvement in innovation and technological modernization projects **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Job Responsibilities:** * Prepare and interpret technical drawings, floor plans, maps, schematics, and designs for buildings, sanitary landfills, waste treatment facilities, and any structures required for company services; * Assist in preparing budgets, schedules, technical reports, expert opinions, and records; * Participate in developing technical studies, work plans, procedures, and manuals; * Participate in developing environmental education programs and their implementation; * Update technical reports on environmental conditions; * Assist in licensing procedures and obtaining permits for company activities from competent authorities; * Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO 14001 and ESG certifications; * Assist in projects involving new technologies, innovations, modernization, and automation of company services; * Monitor approval of projects and documents by public agencies; * Participate in construction progress monitoring, verifying and reporting executed works, materials used, and labor employed; * Perform measurements and quantitative calculations of materials for new and ongoing projects; * Monitor, control, and advise on compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations applicable to company activities; * Provide support for preventive and corrective building maintenance across company premises; * Update construction and service progress records, managing resources and schedules; * Conduct surveys of existing buildings for cadastral regularization, building regularization, or conservation purposes; * Register land feasibility assessments to inform project definition; * Control and keep updated the area's documentation archive; * Participate in supplier visits, client inspections, or public agency audits; **Mandatory Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma \+ Technical qualification in Environmental Science, Sanitation, Chemistry, or related fields focused on the environmental sector. * Minimum experience: 2 to 4 years * Specific knowledge: Reading, interpretation, and preparation of technical drawings (detailed analysis). Negotiation techniques. * Computer skills: Intermediate-level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
