Job Summary: We are seeking a Network Analyst with solid experience in corporate network administration to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring security and performance. Participate in infrastructure expansion and modernization projects OPEN POSITION – NETWORK ANALYST 4**4 hours per week** **Salary: To be negotiated** **Driver's license required** **Bachelor's degree in progress (IT field)** **Minimum 3 years of experience in this role** We are looking for a **Network Analyst** with solid experience in corporate network administration to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring security, performance, and high availability of services. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain internal server infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. * Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot VPNs (site-to-site and client-to-site) using Mikrotik equipment. * Administer and optimize firewall policies to protect the corporate network. * Manage remote access via WTS/RDP, controlling permissions and connection security. * Continuously monitor network performance, identifying and resolving failures and bottlenecks. * Provide technical support to users regarding connectivity and network access. * Maintain up-to-date documentation of the infrastructure. * Participate in IT infrastructure expansion and modernization projects. Technical Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate network administration. * Proven experience with Mikrotik routers and switches. * Solid experience configuring VPNs (IPSec, L2TP, OpenVPN). * Experience managing firewalls (pfSense, Fortinet or similar – preferred). * Windows server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and WTS/RDP). * Advanced knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.). * Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). * Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana). * Knowledge of information security practices.
