Recruitment and Selection** * Post job openings on platforms and social media; * Screen resumes; * Schedule interviews and participate in the selection process; * Support onboarding of new employees (onboarding). **2. Personnel Administration** * Assist in time tracking, benefits administration, and hiring/dismissal documentation; * Help input data for payroll processing; * Review and file employee documents; * Update records and maintain organized documentation. **3. Training and Development** * Support identifying training needs; * Organize internal courses and events; * Manage attendance lists and training evaluations. **4. Internal Climate and Communication** * Participate in internal marketing initiatives; * Support engagement campaigns, birthday celebrations, and special occasions; * Assist in conducting climate and satisfaction surveys. **5. HR Metrics and Reporting** * Help collect and update HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, etc.); * Support preparation of monthly management reports.
