**IT ANALYST** **Job Description:** We are seeking an IT Analyst to join our team and contribute to maintaining and enhancing the company’s network and computer infrastructure. The professional will be responsible for installing, configuring, and providing technical support for systems, software, and servers, ensuring performance, security, and availability of the technological environment. Responsibilities and Duties: Specify, plan, assist with installation, document, train users on, and maintain the company’s applications, as well as provide support for the data network, mobile and landline telephony, and support data processing and communication within the company, thereby ensuring optimal operational environment functionality and data traffic flow. Configure and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on software, hardware, and network infrastructure. Provide technical assistance and support, responding to infrastructure-related service requests from all departments. Perform maintenance on workstations, servers, printers, and other network equipment, and manage external maintenance services and warranty claims. Carry out other administrative tasks as required. **Requirements:** Requirements and Qualifications: Technical or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Experience with IT support tools (Helpdesk, Service Desk, incident management). Knowledge of network administration, operating systems (Windows and Linux), databases, and information security. Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present technical results and insights.
