The Civil Projects Analyst is responsible for leading the development of construction projects, operating within company standards, complying with technical regulations and quality performance indicators. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage project contracting for developments: supplier qualification, monitoring qualification status, requesting contracts, sending contracts, and tracking contract status. * Perform critical analysis of projects, considering technical, functional, aesthetic, financial, and constructability aspects at all project development stages. * Monitor project development and designers' activities. * Develop macro-schedules for project development phases. * Monitor macro-schedules for project development phases. * Conduct cost analyses of proposed solutions to identify the optimal cost-benefit solution. * Actively participate in meetings with designers and handover meetings with Production and Estimating teams. * Assist in identifying solutions to align projects with Performance Standards and other applicable regulations. * Prepare the Development Descriptive Report. * Prepare the Building Performance Profile (PDE).
