The Construction Assistant is responsible for ensuring that on-site activities are carried out in accordance with the correct project reviews, procedures, and the planned schedule. **Responsibilities and duties** * Request materials from subcontractors. * Monitor purchase order implementation and contract signing. * Support the preparation of Addendum Requests. * Train teams on Safety Instructions (IS's). * Monitor projects and revisions. * Perform and verify Field Verifications (FV's). * Actively participate in quality, safety, and other company programs. * Ensure third-party activities on site meet cost, schedule, quality, and safety requirements. * Assist management in supervising on-site construction execution. * Monitor the delivery of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools. * Knowledge of AutoCAD and project design. * Ability to read and analyze technical drawings.
