




Description: Responsible for ensuring software implementation at client sites, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and the success of the assigned project, generating added value and supporting the development of less experienced TOTVERS. Responsibilities and duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Ensure achievement of individual performance indicators and area results/objectives by working on strategic projects that increase customer satisfaction (NPS); * Proactively identify conceptual, technical, and/or business-related issues in projects/services, suggesting improvements and/or innovations, formally communicating them to responsible departments, and monitoring recommended solutions/improvements; * Perform highly complex activities in any phase of service delivery and/or project implementation, as well as in solution architecture; * Serve as a technical and/or business reference for the department/unit within the segment/areas of operation, mastering knowledge and sharing it through training and mentoring; * Identify and promote business opportunities, reporting them to the Sales team or direct leader; * Actively participate in communities, technical forums, and communication channels within the segment, keeping up with documentation and assisting in providing feedback and solutions for internal and external clients; * Collaborate in hiring new team members or third parties by evaluating the technical and/or business knowledge level of candidates for the indicated positions; * Identify, develop, and implement process improvements and/or innovations within the department based on technical and business expertise, formally communicating them to responsible areas; * Possess broad market and TOTVS product knowledge, fully understanding the business/segment they operate in; * Present suggestions for improvement and feature development to the product team, according to customer needs and feedback; * Act as Quality Assurance for projects, supporting the team and ensuring that adopted strategies are the most suitable for the client. Requirements and qualifications WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Education: Completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in one of the following fields: Systems Analysis and Development, Administration with focus on Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, Production Engineering, Mathematics, Internet Systems, or other exact sciences. Completed Postgraduate studies, Specialization, or MBA. * In-depth knowledge of the area of operation; * Strong understanding of business rules with attention to market innovations and trends; * Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workplace; * Basic MS Project; * Knowledge of BPM, Agile, ITIL, SCRUM methodologies; * TOTVS solutions related to the area of operation 2511160202461811104
