Description: We are looking for a professional to join the TOTVS Santa Catarina franchise team. If you have experience implementing the ERP Datasul, with focus on the Manufacturing module, then this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities and duties * Provide consulting and conduct process analysis with clients, identifying needs, suggesting improvements, and offering training to optimize ERP usage. * Perform ERP configuration and validation according to project scope and requirements. * Fully support all stages of ERP implementation, ensuring operation as planned in client processes. * Train and simulate new routines with Key Users, ensuring mastery of implemented functionalities. * Focus on the Datasul product, especially in Manufacturing/Floor Shop/Materials modules.
