




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for managing the electronic time clock system, administering documents, and supporting employees—ensuring internal organization and support. Focus on attentiveness, communication, and interpersonal relationships **Responsibilities:** Electronic time clock management: entering information (medical certificates, absences, leaves of absence, time punches, etc.) Document administration: updating and organizing employee files and records; issuing employment-related declarations and documents; tracking expiration dates of temporary contracts and probationary periods. Employee support: clarifying questions regarding internal policies and labor matters; assisting in resolving internal conflicts; advising employees on their rights and responsibilities. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Prior experience in Human Resources. Excellent attentiveness, communication, and interpersonal skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to work on-site in Joinville/SC. English fluency is a plus. Experience with Senior System is a plus.
