You will be a key player in Front\-end architecture and development best practices. * Cutting-edge Development: Work on the development of highly complex technical solutions, leveraging your expertise in Front\-end technologies (languages, frameworks, web\-components), with an unwavering focus on product usability and performance. * Architecture Mastery: Deeply understand and actively contribute to the Front\-end software architecture, analyzing components, organizing structure, and ensuring code health and scalability. * Quality Assurance: Create and implement highly complex tests (manual or automated \- E2E/Unit), ensuring coverage and desired behavior of developed components. * Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Guide, train, and act as a technical reference for the Development Team, sharing knowledge, supporting team members with questions, and designing business and architectural solutions. * Processes and Documentation: Detail medium and high-complexity requirements, and rigorously document all development stages using version control and documentation tools. * Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to discussions on innovation, emerging trends (Front\-end and Backend), and propose process improvements to optimize the entire team's delivery. Requirements and qualifications * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Senior/Expert Experience: Solid experience of at least 7 years in Front\-end development. * Front\-end Expertise: Advanced/Mastery level in: * Front\-end Programming Languages (e.g.: HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript). * Modern Frameworks (e.g.: Angular, Vue, React).
