Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields; • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CRM, digital marketing, or market intelligence—preferably within an agency setting; • Proficiency in CRM and automation platforms (RD Station, Bizzu, Revi); • Experience designing automation workflows, nurturing sequences, and multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp); • Strong data analysis and performance reporting skills (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, churn rate, LTV); • Knowledge of customer journey mapping, customer experience (CX), and data governance best practices (LGPD); • Analytical mindset, results-oriented, and effective communicator capable of collaborating across multiple agency departments. Desirable: • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Digital Marketing, CRM, or Data Science; • Experience integrating CRM systems with media platforms; • Certifications in CRM or digital marketing tools.
