You will be a key player in Front\-end architecture and development best practices. **Cutting-edge Development:** Work on developing **high-complexity** technical solutions, leveraging your expertise in Front\-end technologies (languages, frameworks, web\-components), with an unwavering focus on product usability and performance. **Architecture Expertise:** Deeply understand and actively contribute to the software's **Front\-end architecture**, analyzing components, organizing structure, and ensuring code health and scalability. **Quality Assurance:** Create and implement **high-complexity tests** (manual or automated – E2E/Unit), ensuring coverage and desired behavior of developed components. **Technical Leadership and Mentorship:** Guide, train, and serve as a **technical reference** for the Development Team, sharing knowledge, supporting team members, and designing business and system solutions. **Processes and Documentation:** Detail medium and high-complexity requirements, and rigorously document all development stages using version control and documentation tools. **Innovation and Continuous Improvement:** Actively contribute to discussions on innovation, emerging trends (Front\-end and Back-end), and propose process improvements to optimize team delivery. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. **Senior/Expert Experience:** Solid experience of at least **7 years** in Front\-end development. **Front\-end Expertise:** **Advanced/Mastery level** in: Front\-end programming languages (e.g.: HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript). Modern frameworks (e.g.: Angular, Vue, React). **Advanced knowledge in at least one of these is essential.** Web\-components.
