




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Address and resolve support tickets of all levels (L1, L2, and L3) in the Protheus ERP system. Conduct functional and technical analyses to identify root causes and propose corrections and improvements. Configure and adjust Protheus modules according to client requirements. Develop functional and technical documentation (manuals, specifications, procedures). Support implementation, upgrade, migration, and integration projects. Participate in requirement-gathering meetings and provide guidance on best practices. Perform testing following adjustments, upgrades, and corrections. Interact with TOTVS to open, track, and validate tickets/patches. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science and Technology, Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer and Information Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience with TOTVS Protheus in support and consulting roles. Functional knowledge in one or more modules: PCP, Machine Loading, MRP, Purchasing, Inventory, Billing, Finance, Tax, Accounting, HR/Personnel, eSocial, NF-e (Electronic Invoice), Tax Reform, and Cost Management. * Experience with: System configuration, log analysis, application of patches and updates, data dictionary, basic ADVPL knowledge (code interpretation), and proficiency in SQL and database management. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience with Configurator, SmartClient, APIs, and integrations. * Advanced knowledge of ADVPL. * Experience as a consultant serving multiple clients. * TOTVS certifications. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM **SALARY:** To be negotiated **LOCATION:** North Industrial Zone, Joinville Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: BRL 3,500.00 – BRL 5,000.00 per month
