Job Opening: Implementation Assistant – Multipedidos At **Multipedidos**, we're looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about interacting with people to help our customers have the best possible experience with our platform. Here, you'll ensure the implementation process is simple, fast, and efficient—from registration to full integration—closely monitoring every step. What you’ll do: * Daily **complete registration of new customers' menus**, using information collected via Discord, to speed up the platform setup process. * **Carefully review menus** with customers, ensuring everything is correct and standardized. * **Keep data updated** across all platforms used (CRM, spreadsheets, Discord, and Cloudchat), ensuring organization and accurate information sharing. * When necessary, **schedule training sessions** with customers using the Google calendar link, facilitating their learning about platform usage. * **Monitor and identify expansion opportunities (upsell and cross\-sell)** during customer interactions, contributing to recurring revenue growth and achievement of team goals. * **Modify menus** requested by customers, ensuring data is always up to date on the platform. * **Participate in monthly results presentations**, analyzing data together with the team. * **Attend weekly OKR meetings**, actively collaborating to meet goals and action items. * **Collaborate with the Product team**, acting as a bridge between customers and development, gathering feedback and testing new features.
