




**Description:** Bachelor's degree completed or in progress; Intermediate Excel skills; Previous HR experience in the benefits area; Experience in insurance brokerage and/or consulting firms; Knowledge of benefits administration (Health, Dental, and Life Insurance). Receive daily requests for medical, dental, and life insurance plan changes and billing via email and/or system; Perform cost allocations and data validation for all benefits; Analyze and review client-submitted requests, meeting SLA deadlines; Execute all types of transactions through insurer websites/channels; Monitor the successful registration of updates; Analyze, track, and resolve feedback issues returned by insurers; Keep internal systems/tools updated with current data for control and tracking purposes; Provide customer service, clarifying inquiries and providing guidance/solutions when necessary; Maintain communication with the Relationship Management team to align on potential discrepancies reported by clients and identified in contracts. 2510300202211777428
