




**Description:** Bachelor's degree completed or in progress; Intermediate Excel skills; Previous experience in HR (in the benefits area); Experience in insurance brokerage and/or consulting firms; Knowledge of benefits administration (Health, Dental, and Life Insurance plans). Receive daily requests for medical, dental, and life insurance plan changes and billing via email and/or system; Perform cost allocations and data validation checks for all benefits; Analyze and review client-submitted requests, meeting SLA deadlines; Execute all types of transactions through insurer websites/channels; Monitor the successful registration of enrollments; Analyze, track, and resolve feedback issues returned by insurers; Keep internal systems/tools updated with accurate data for control and monitoring purposes; Provide customer service by answering inquiries and providing guidance/solutions when necessary; Maintain communication with the Relationship Management team to align any discrepancies reported by clients and identified in contracts. 251025020220569856
