Job Description: We are seeking a proactive Backend Developer to design and maintain the server-side architecture of our applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and data security. The candidate will be responsible for developing robust APIs, managing and optimizing databases, and integrating systems, collaborating directly with the Frontend team to deliver efficient technical solutions that support an impeccable user experience. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop and maintain backend APIs and services in Java (preferably using Spring Boot or similar frameworks). * Implement business logic following architectural patterns and best practices. * Integrate backend systems with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). * Write and maintain automated tests (unit tests and, where possible, integration tests). * Collaborate with the frontend team and other departments to define requirements and integrate solutions. * Participate in code reviews, propose improvements, and learn from feedback. * Assist in bug fixes, performance enhancements, and code refactoring.
