**Description** We are seeking a proactive **Backend Developer** to design and maintain the server-side architecture of our applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and data security. The professional will be responsible for developing robust APIs, managing and optimizing databases, and integrating systems, collaborating directly with the Frontend team to deliver efficient technical solutions that support an impeccable user experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop and maintain backend APIs and services in Java (preferably using Spring Boot or similar frameworks). Implement business logic following design patterns and best practices in architecture. Integrate the backend with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Write and maintain automated tests (unit tests and, where possible, integration tests). Collaborate with the frontend team and other departments to define requirements and integrate solutions. Participate in code reviews, proposing improvements and learning from feedback. Assist in bug fixes, performance enhancements, and code refactoring. **Requirements and Qualifications** Prior experience with Java Spring Boot backend development. Basic knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
