Responsibilities and Duties * Work within the Software Factory team, performing functional and technical analysis, development, and testing of customizations; * Adhere to company methodologies, standards, and procedures; * Contribute to software development, bug fixes, and improvements; * Create and maintain technical documentation; * Demonstrate strong logical reasoning and domain knowledge to make important decisions when necessary; * Perform remote database access for corrections at customer sites; * Develop database correction programs; * Occasional travel for customization installation/deployment and Go Live consulting; * Direct customer contact to gather requirements and align solutions. Requirements and Qualifications * Familiarity with web technologies (Angular and PO.UI); * Organizational skills and resilience to manage multiple projects and customers; * Availability for occasional travel and in-person customer support. * Currently pursuing or having completed a university degree in technology-related fields. Desirable Qualifications * Knowledge of AI agents; * Familiarity with TOTVS ERP; * Knowledge of REST APIs, Jira; * Knowledge of Progress.
