The candidate must be proactive, possess good communication skills, and pay attention to details. **Job Information:** * Position: Helper * Salary: R$ 1\.611,09 * Schedule: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM – 12x36 shift pattern * Work Location: BR 101 Highway, 290 – Sertãozinho, Barra Velha – SC, 88390\-000 * Gender: Female **Required Qualifications:** * Education: Completed elementary school; * Punctuality and responsibility; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Willingness to perform physical and repetitive tasks; * Prior experience in this role is preferred. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist with daily cleaning and environmental maintenance; * Organize spaces and maintain work areas in good condition; * Support the team in operational demands; * Follow safety guidelines and internal regulations.
