As a Construction Master at Rôgga, your primary challenge will be to actively participate in the entire construction cycle of developments aimed at improving the human habitat. You will engage in all project phases, assist in supervising team activities under the Engineer’s guidance, play a key role in construction planning, and ensure work quality, occupational safety, and environmental preservation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and plan, together with the Construction Leader, technical details and instructions for the project to be executed. * Guide and monitor the execution of the construction schedule. * Manage and lead employees and third-party contractors (subcontractors). * Ensure proper execution of all services related to the construction project. * Be responsible for site organization and cleanliness. * Assign tasks and monitor their completion. * Control and prevent waste and inefficiencies. * Guarantee construction quality standards as defined by company guidelines. * Advise on material consumption. * Carry out activities while meeting cost, schedule, quality, environmental, organizational, and occupational safety requirements. * Actively participate in company quality, safety, and other programs. * Monitor and supervise training on Service Instructions (SIs) and maintain records of Service Verification Forms (SVFs). * Monitor progress and execution of all services provided. * Provide prior guidance on the execution of all services provided. * Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications and SIs, meeting required quality standards. * Propose solutions for problems and unforeseen issues arising on construction sites. * Ensure timely completion of all services provided. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of reinforced concrete and conventional structural systems; * Relevant experience in high-end vertical construction projects; * Technical knowledge of all construction phases; * Ability to operate tools for service verification.
