Job Summary: Cleaning Assistant for a restaurant, responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing facilities in accordance with safety standards and good hygiene practices. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations Position: Cleaning Assistant – Restaurant Location: L’uovo Cozinha Artesanal Schedule: 6:00 AM to 1:50 PM Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Responsibilities: * Clean and sanitize the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and common areas of the restaurant; * Maintain organized facilities, ensuring optimal conditions for customers and staff; * Assist in the collection and proper disposal of waste; * Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed; * Comply with safety regulations and good hygiene practices. Requirements: * Prior experience in cleaning is preferred; * Commitment, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Flexible availability for working hours.
