**PURCHASING ANALYST** **Job Description:** We are seeking a Purchasing Analyst with experience in national and international procurement, strategic vision, strong negotiation skills, and results orientation. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient procurement processes, balancing quality, cost, and delivery timelines, as well as contributing to strengthening relationships with domestic and international suppliers. Responsibilities and Duties: • Receive, analyze, and manage national and international purchase requisitions. • Conduct quotations, negotiations, and place orders, considering quality, price, delivery time, and payment terms. • Monitor procurement activities, reduce costs, and analyze import-related data—including tariffs, expenses, and comparative analyses. • Qualify and develop new suppliers, always aiming for optimal cost-benefit and quality. • Prepare reports and performance indicators for the procurement area. • Manage procurement of consumables, office supplies, building maintenance materials, and imported items. • Support administrative tasks related to the procurement area, as required by leadership. **Requirements:** Education and Qualifications: • Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in International Trade or Business Administration. • Additional courses in Procurement, Warehousing, Negotiation, Taxation, or Importation are advantageous. • Proven experience in import processes. • Intermediate English proficiency is an advantage (reading, writing, and communication with suppliers). • Experience with procurement systems and ERP is an advantage.
