Please review the responsibilities and requirements for this position below: Responsibilities: * Conduct requirements analysis and elicitation for projects * Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets * Manage work teams and resources required for each project * Monitor and report project progress to senior management * Identify and propose improvements to project management processes and methodologies Requirements: * Proven experience in project management * Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban * Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team * Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project or Trello
